Do not use in wet locations or when there is water on the floor. This can cause electric shock. Do not place your body in between the cables. Place both cables on the same side and position the machine at least 50 cm from your body. Use away from obstacles, free from ignition sources.

Used to repair bodywork dents in panel beating and paint workshops.
1. Power the machine up from the electricity supply.
2. Select the symbol for the mass you want to weld on the potentiometer.
3. Remove any coating from the bodywork, as close as possible to where you want to work, on a surface suitable for contact with the earth clamp.
4. Connect the earth electrode head to the eye of the earth cable.
5. Rest the tip of the earth electrode on the pre-prepared bare sheet metal and close the contact, activating the trigger of the gun.
6. Check the welding of the electrode, pulling slightly on the electrode orthogonally with respect to the plane in which you're working.
Tip: If the earth electrode separates easily when you pull, try increasing the welding time by turning the potentiometer clockwise. For more information on the machine, refer to pages 15 and 16 of the catalogue.
